Hosted by the United Philanthropy Forum, Funders Together for Housing Justice invites you to join us for a timely and practical conversation about how philanthropy can organize and prepare for potential federal actions in local communities. Drawing on real-time experience from Minnesota and other states, this session will surface key lessons learned and field-informed recommendations for supporting communities affected by federal enforcement surges. Participants will gain insights to strengthen preparedness, respond strategically, and deepen philanthropic engagement where it is most needed.
The webinar will feature Michelle Maryns, CEO of the Minnesota Council on Foundations, Tonya Allen, President of the McKnight Foundation, and Monique B. Jones, President & CEO of Forefront, who will share their experiences navigating federal enforcement surges and participating in real-time responses.
This webinar was developed in collaboration with Forum members, Minnesota Council on Foundations, Funders for LGBTQ Issues, Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy (AAPIP), CHANGE Philanthropy, Neighborhood Funders Group, Native Americans in Philanthropy, Hispanics in Philanthropy, Funders for Justice, Philanthropic Initiative for Racial Equity (PRE), Women's Funding Network (WFN), and Funders Together for Housing Justice.
This session is open to both philanthropy-infrastructure organizations and their members.
