2014 Funders Forum Pre-Reads

Posted on 2014 Funders Forum on Family and Youth Homelessness by Alexis Perlmutter · February 11, 2014 1:10 PM

At this year's Funders Forum on Family and Youth Homelessness, we're excited to present our popular TableTalk Sessions, custom-designed to highlight issues that matter to you. Below, you'll find the names of the sessions you can participate in, along with facilitator-selected pre-reads to provide a foundation prior to the event. These pre-reads will be the basis of the conversations at the Funders Forum. Take a minute to study up so your TableTalk experience will involve a deeper dive into these crucial issues in Family and Youth Homelessness.

Family Homelessness Recommended Pre-Reading

Table #1: Fixing TANF: Protecting Our Most Vulnerable Families

Table #2: Advocating for Youth: Promoting Policies to End Youth Homelessness

In case you missed it, you can also learn how your foundation can get involved in a ground-breaking study on youth homelessness.  Read the letter from Bryan Samuels and partners.
