The 2024 Funders Institute, in conjunction with the National Alliance to End Homelessness' 2024 National Conference on Ending Homelessness, takes place July 8-9, 2024, in Washington, DC, at the Washington Hilton at Dupont Circle (1919 Connecticut Ave., NW Washington, DC 20009).

Please note: The National Conference on Ending Homelessness takes place from July 8-10. However, this year's Funders Institute only has sessions on Monday, July 8, and Tuesday, July 9.

COVID-19 Safety and FAQs


For the 2024 Funders Institute, attendees must also provide proof of a negative rapid test taken the morning of the Funders Institute. Funders Together also strongly encourages participants to be up to date on their COVID-19 vaccination status, as determined by the CDC and to wear a mask while indoors.

Eligibility for Participation

Participation in Funders Together programming is limited to private foundations, grantmaking staff at United Ways, corporate giving programs, individual philanthropists, philanthropy-serving organizations, and members of Funders Together. Public funders, government employees, and staff at organizations where grantmaking is not the primary function are not eligible to participate.
