Federal Administration Action Resources for Philanthropy

Last updated: October 9, 2025

Like the last time the Trump Administration was in office, it has orchestrated various executive orders and actions that attempt to setback and unravel years of progress towards housing and racial justice. These actions conflict with housing justice beliefs and values and cause direct harm to people in our community who are at the sharpest intersection of oppression, especially unhoused neighbors, Black and Indigenous communities, people of color, immigrant neighbors, and LGBTQ+ people.

Funders Together for Housing Justice is committed to providing updates and action opportunities to help philanthropy understand the evolving housing justice policy landscape and how it can be most impactful in stopping harmful policies and supporting community partners. Below is a list programs, resources, and calls-to-action that we will continually update as needed. If you have additional resources to add, please contact Lauren Bennett, Chief of External Affairs.
