During the May meeting of the full health systems network, we welcomed Funders Together’s new Director of Networks, Michael Durham, who brings nine years of experience on the intersection of homelessness and health. We also heard from Nancy Hanson, co-founder of The Boulevard, a medical respite program in Chicago, in addition to network members Erin Jackson-Ward (Cedars-Sinai) and Rachel Krausman (ProMedica) on their perspective of community-based partnerships.
