To cancel or transfer your Funders Institute and/or NAEH conference registration, please submit a request using this form. Please note the cancellation and transfer policies below. If you have any questions, please contact Carey Cabrera at [email protected].

Monday, June 10, at 12pm ET	Joint registration deadline for the NAEH Conference and the Funders Institute. Joint registration is now closed. After 12pm ET, joint registration will close and cancellation requests will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Cancel or transfer your Funders Institute and/or NAEH conference by filling out this form.
Monday, June 10, at 12pm ET – Friday June 14 at 11:59pm ET	NAEH Conference cancellation requests during this time period will incur a $150 cancellation fee. Cancel or transfer your Funders Institute and/or NAEH conference by filling out this form.
Friday, June 14, at 11:59pm ET	Last day for NAEH Conference cancellation and transfer requests. Joint cancellation requests made on or after Saturday, June 15 will receive no refund for the NAEH conference. Cancel or transfer your Funders Institute and/or NAEH conference by filling out this form.
Before Friday, June 28, at 3:00 pm ET	The last day to cancel your Funders Institute registration and request a refund. All refunds are subject to approval. Funders Together will send you a cancellation confirmation email within five business days. Cancel or transfer your Funders Institute registration by filling out this form.
Tuesday, July 2, at 5:00 pm ET	The deadline to register for the Funders Institute. This will also be the last day to transfer your Funders Institute registration. Cancel or transfer your Funders Institute registration by filling out this form.
