Host: Youth Transition Funders Group
Thursday, July 24, 2025 | 3:00pm ET, 2:00pm CT, 1:00pm MT, 12:00pm PT
Together with Youth Transition Funders Group, Funders Together is thrilled to co-host this virtual meeting to learn about Anthos Home, a non-profit organization in New York City that is transforming the process for securing permanent housing for residents, including young adults leaving foster care. The Anthos Home model is based on building relationships with landlords, developing a bank of suitable apartments, and supporting voucher holders and landlords through the process. By proactively reserving and preparing housing units specifically for voucher holders, participants are guaranteed immediate access to suitable apartments. The model has significantly shortened the time to secure an apartment while also increasing housing retention.
This session takes place under the auspices of the Funders Network for Youth Success, a network of Funders Together members aligned to prevent and end youth homelessness. Learn more.
