BREAKING OUT14 is a one-day institute where the country’s forward thinkers, foundation, individual and corporate funders, and activists are redefining how we address issues in our communities, build movements to create change, and use our talents and resources to inspire others.

Building on conversations from the 2013 event, we will continue to explore how the emergence of new technologies, dramatic demographic shifts, growing inequity, powerful partnerships across diverse communities and vibrant, and multicultural youth-­led efforts, new strategies for grant making, and new models for doing good are influencing the way we think and tackle the complex problems that we face today.
