Is this initiative a good fit for you?
Foundations for Youth Success is open to funders at all levels of experience, with content for both funders new to homelessness/youth work as well as those looking to learn and share after several years of grantmaking in this area.
The community is open to all types of funders, including foundations (private, independent, family, corporate, operating, etc.), United Ways, individual philanthropists dispersing more than $25,000 per year, and government agencies.
All participants need to:
- Be interested in the "big picture" of youth homelessness, even if your funding is restricted to the local level;
- Commit to sharing and learning in real time;
- Identify a senior staff member, defined as an individual with authority over a grantmaking portfolio, to participate; and
- Pay a one-time participation fee. Organizations may join Foundations for Youth Success by making a grant to Funders Together to End Homelessness. For more information on grants, please contact Anne Miskey at [email protected].
